What devices does iSTYLE repair?
Our Service is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you can contact us with any of your Apple or Beats products, however we may not be able to assist you with special devices sold in certain regions. This can be any Apple product that is not sold in Romania through an official channel.

Any product not sold by iSTYLE can only be repaired under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Where can I take non-Apple products purchased from iSTYLE?
You can also return non-Apple products (return to shop, not in service)purchased from iSTYLE for repair or replacement, and we will ship it to a brand service center.

In case of Apple products, you can drop them off at any of our stores, as well as plenty of qualified service providers around the world.
How do I return my device for repair?
You can drop off your device at any of our stores during business hours, and in the case of Apple and Beats products, you can also ship it via courier using our Request form. It is important to note, however, that we will not be able to accept packages sent in any other way.
How long does the repair take?
The duration of the repair is around 3 to 10 business days depending on the defect. You should be aware that the manufacturer only performs certain repairs at its own European repair center, and might request any device to be repaired there. Repair time at Apple's repair center is slightly longer due to shipping.
How long do I have to be without my device?
The average duration of repairs is 3 to 10 working days, during which time the device must remain with us. The repair protocol does not allow us to release any product between the start of the repair and the completion of all final tests.
What should I do before I submit my device for repair?
Before you leave your device with us, you'll need to take a few steps to protect your data, such as making a backup and turning off Find My iPhone. You should also locate the invoice confirming your purchase.

For iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and Macs, you must turn off the Find My feature using the folowing instructions and remove the device from your iCloud account.

What should I take along to the service center?
The defective product and, if possible, a copy of your invoice. While it is not always necessary to present the invoice, Apple may request it in some cases. Some processes (e.g. warranty) are not possible without the invoice. If you bring your invoice, you can be sure that we can provide you with the best possible repair conditions.

Please only bring the defective device with you. The accessories or the box of the device are not needed for the repair.

In the event of a charging or battery problem, a charger used with the device is also required. For accessories without a serial number (earphones, cables, etc.), the serial number of the product used with it is required.

In the event of a defect affecting the operation of the software, we may need a device password, a passcode, or a user profile to test the error.
What is the exact repair process?
As an authorized service partner, every step of our inspections and repairs is based on the manufacturer's protocol. Apple's service protocol requires that the device is tested using the manufecturer's test software to detect hardware defects. Apple will only performs certain repairs at its own European repair center, and might request any device to be repaired there.

If the manufacturer's tests diagnose a hardware defect, the device will be repaired using a replacement part or in some cases due to the compactness of the device and for quality assurance reasons by the complete replacement of the device.
